Job summary

XPO is seeking an experienced Team Driver to operate sleeper tractors on extended routes, with home weekly. This role requires joining an existing driver team, sharing load duties, and maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. A valid Class A CDL and a clean driving history are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be part of an existing team and both team members must apply.
• Ability to partner with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.
• Clean driving record and history; DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company DOT physical.
• Available to work away from home in a five‑day work week and hold necessary endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities and coordinate with fellow employees.
• Navigate routes, maintain CMV safety, and comply with transportation regulations.
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances during a 5‑day work week away from home.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and use required internal tools and systems.
