Taco Bell Union in Union, SC is seeking a Team Trainer to guide crew on shift, train new hires, and be the go-to person for issue resolution. You’ll help maintain smooth operations and excellent guest service.

Responsibilities include cross-training, supervising team members when the manager isn’t present, and upholding food quality and safety standards while supporting scheduling and daily workflow.

This on-site role requires a friendly, dependable team player with a focus on hospitality.

As a Team Trainer, you will work in a crew position, such as cashier, drive-thru, or other position, but will be responsible for training new employees. You'll be the go-to person during the shift - the first in line to resolve issues and lend a helping hand where needed.

Team Trainers are motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and strive to provide excellent guest service.
