Job summary

The Fulenwider Group is hiring a Team Trainer at the Coral Springs, FL location to train crew members, coach new hires, and support shift leadership. Youll be the on‑floor go‑to person for resolving issues and helping teammates deliver great guest service.

Responsibilities include cross‑training, supervising team performance when the manager is absent, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also assist with scheduling, cost controls, and food safety.

As a Team Trainer, you will work in a crew position, such as cashier, drive‑thru, or other position, but will be responsible for training new employees. You'll be the go‑to person during the shift—the first in line to resolve issues and lend a helping hand where needed.
