Job summary

KFC Homestead is looking for a Team Trainer to staff an active shift at our Homestead, FL location. You will train new hires, resolve issues, and support crew across cashier, drive-thru, and other roles to ensure smooth operations.

As the go-to person on the floor, you’ll coach teammates, lead pre-shift huddles, assist with scheduling, monitor food safety and quality, and help the team meet service standards.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train current employees and lead new product or procedure trainings.
• Oversee team members when the manager is not present.
• Ensure guest satisfaction.

Team Trainer

As a Team Trainer, you will work in a crew position, such as cashier, drive‑thru, or other position, but will be responsible for training new employees. You'll be the go‑to person during the shift - the first in line to resolve issues and lend a helping hand where needed.

Team Trainers are motivated, team‑oriented, friendly, dependable, and strive to provide excellent guest service.
