Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Team Trainer to guide and develop frontline staff. You will train new hires, cross-train employees on procedures, and lead a shift as the go-to problem solver. You will focus on guest service quality, standard adherence, and teamwork.

You will conduct pre-shift huddles, assist with scheduling, monitor productivity, and help maintain food safety and order accuracy on a busy restaurant floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead training for current staff and onboarding of new employees.
• Cross-train team members on products/procedures and provide coaching.
• Oversee team in manager's absence and resolve issues on shift.
• Lead pre-shift huddles/meetings and schedule staff.
• Monitor food cost and productivity reports.
• Ensure proper dining room setup, food safety and order accuracy.
