Job summary

KFC Canton is seeking a Team Trainer to support crew members across cashier, drive-thru, and other roles. You will be the go-to person on shift, resolving issues, coaching new staff, and helping the team deliver friendly, accurate guest service.

As a Team Trainer, you will lead training sessions, oversee teammates when the manager is away, and help maintain food safety, quality, and standards from prep to service, contributing to a smooth, positive guest experience.

As a Team Trainer, you will work in a crew position, such as cashier, drive‑thru, or other position, but will be responsible for training new employees. You'll be the go-to person during the shift - the first in line to resolve issues and lend a helping hand where needed.
