Job summary

Wawa, Inc. seeks a Team Supervisor to lead shifts and ensure on-time execution of operations while delivering memorable guest experiences. You will drive decisions on the floor and support teams during busy periods.

This full-time role at our stores coordinates associates, oversees safety and policies, and manages inventory and cash processes. The position offers comprehensive benefits and growth within Store Operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel is a plus.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive interactions.
Coordinate between Associates, customers, and orders to ensure smooth service.
Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates to boost performance.
Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis protocols.
Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and cash handling.
