Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is hiring a Team Supervisor to lead Associates, coordinate daily store operations, and ensure exceptional customer service. You’ll manage flows between customers, staff, and orders, and uphold safety policies.

Hourly range is $19.00–$25.65 with a $2.00 night differential; some locations offer a 4‑day work week. Applicants must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and flexible availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and gather feedback.
• Coordinate between Associates, customers, and orders for efficient service.
• Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates.
• Enforce safety, security, and store policies.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and vendor check-ins.
