Job Description

If you love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above, Rally House may be the perfect fit for you! Team Sales Leads are leaders who can be counted on to deliver results consistently. They help set selling standards, provide coaching and direction to Sales Associates, keep the sales floor presentable, delegate daily projects, and are focused, nurturing, and capable of training others.

TSLs also assist Store Managers and Assistant Managers with operations such as returns, defects, transfers, action memos, and activities required to achieve store goals, including sales, customer service, staff mentoring and retention, loss prevention, and merchandising. An enthusiastic attitude is key!

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1-2 years retail experience; training and coaching experience preferred
• Availability to work 10-20 hours per week, including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events
• Aiming for long-term growth within store leadership and operations
• Physical requirements: standing, walking, talking, hearing, using hands, reaching, differentiating colors, stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, lifting up to 50 pounds

Hourly rate: $15.50 - $17.50
