Job Description

If you love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above, Rally House could be the perfect fit! As a Team Sales Lead, you will lead others, deliver results, and help set sales standards. Your responsibilities include coaching Sales Associates, maintaining the sales floor, delegating daily projects, and supporting store operations alongside Managers.

Responsibilities

• Staffing: managing shifts, leading team members

• Merchandising: meeting visual standards, organizing, and executing floor moves and merchandising plans

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older

Physical requirements include standing, walking, talking, hearing, using hands, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Hourly pay ranges from $14.00 to $16.00.
