Job Description

Love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above? If so, Rally House may be the perfect fit! Team Sales Leads are leaders who deliver results consistently. They help set selling standards, coach and direct Sales Associates, and ensure the sales floor is presentable. They delegate daily projects and are focused, nurturing, and capable of training others.

TSLs also assist Store Managers and Assistant Managers with operations such as returns, defects, transfers, action memos, achieving store goals, sales, customer service, mentoring, retention, loss prevention, and merchandising. An enthusiastic attitude is key!

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Physical requirements: standing, walking, talking, hearing, handling objects, reaching, distinguishing colors, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Pay range: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
