Job Description

Love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above? Rally House may be the perfect fit! As a Team Sales Lead, you'll lead others, deliver results, set selling standards, and coach Sales Associates. Your responsibilities include maintaining the sales floor, delegating projects, and being focused, nurturing, and capable of training others.

Assist Store Managers and Assistant Managers with operations such as returns, defects, transfers, and action memos. Ensure activities align with store goals including sales, customer service, staff mentoring and retention, loss prevention, and merchandising. Enthusiasm is key!

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail experience; coaching experience preferred

• Physical requirements: standing, walking, talking, hearing, handling objects, reaching, color differentiation, stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, lifting up to 50 pounds

Pay rate: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour
