Job Description

As a Team Sales Lead, you will lead and motivate team members, set sales standards, and provide coaching. Your responsibilities include maintaining a presentable sales floor, delegating daily tasks, and training staff. You will also assist Store Managers with operations such as returns, transfers, and inventory management, all while focusing on sales goals, customer service, and loss prevention.
