Role Overview

Our goal is to leverage SAP technology to enhance client operations, rooted in EY’s SAP service line capabilities, including Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors. We focus on improving client performance and productivity.

The Opportunity

We innovate with SAP, co-creating solutions that draw on our integrated expertise across tax, assurance, transactions, and risk. Your role involves working with finance stakeholders to understand their needs, advising on SAP finance capabilities, and leading sales processes at major engagements.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale sales pursuits across sectors such as Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology, or Industrial Products, primarily in Finance.
• Identify new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines and assessing client needs, collaborating across practices.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, including with CXOs, to foster trust and collaboration.
• Drive SAP pursuits using an integrated sales framework, incorporating creative solutions to meet client transformation needs.
• Manage engagement delivery, client relationships, program/project management, and resource planning.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Strong technical skills in application design and business requirements.
• Ability to analyze and map technology cost-benefit scenarios.
• Expertise in system configuration, business architecture, and effective communication.
• Ability to oversee team members and deliver quality client services while managing risk.
• Participation in sales pursuits and business development activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
• 5-7+ years of sales/pursuits experience.
• 10+ years working with SAP S4HANA Finance modules.
• Proven leadership in SAP implementations, knowledge of SAP Accelerate methodology, and experience managing projects and teams.
• Willingness to travel (~60%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consulting with Big Four or SAP SI companies.
• SAP certifications such as C_TS4FI, C_TS4CO, E-S4CPE.
• Industry experience in Finance or Accounting.
