Job Description

If you love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above, Rally House might be the perfect fit! As a Team Sales Lead, you will lead and motivate others, set sales standards, coach sales associates, and ensure the sales floor is presentable. You will also assist Store Managers and Assistant Managers with operations such as returns, transfers, and achieving store goals. Enthusiasm is essential!
