Role Overview: Our goal is to provide clients with unique insights on leveraging SAP technology to enhance their operations. This role focuses on EY’s SAP service lines (Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, SuccessFactors) aimed at improving performance and productivity.

The Opportunity: We innovate with SAP to co-create solutions, drawing on our expertise in tax, assurance, transactions, risk, and SAP implementation. You will work with finance stakeholders to understand their needs, advise on SAP capabilities, and lead sales efforts with client and EY SAP teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale sales pursuits across various sectors, primarily in Finance.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, collaborating across EY practices.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships at all levels, including CXOs.
• Drive SAP pursuits using an integrated sales framework and innovative solutions.
• Manage engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management, ensuring economic targets are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex projects.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• Strong technical skills in application design and requirements analysis.
• Ability to analyze and map technology cost-benefit scenarios.
• Experience in system configuration and business architecture.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to oversee team and client personnel, ensuring quality and managing risks.
• Participate in sales and business development activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• 5-7+ years in sales/pursuits.
• 10+ years working with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.
• Proven leadership in SAP finance implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP Accelerate or similar methodologies.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams.
• Willingness to travel (estimated at 60+%).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Consulting experience with Big Four or major SAP SI firms.
• SAP certifications (C_TS4FI, C_TS4CO, E-S4CPE).
• Industry experience in finance or accounting.
