Job Description

Love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above? Rally House may be the perfect fit! As a Team Sales Lead, you will lead others, deliver results, set sales standards, coach, and direct Sales Associates. You will ensure the sales floor is presentable, delegate daily projects, and train others. Additionally, you will assist Store Managers and Assistant Managers with operations such as returns, transfers, and merchandising, all while maintaining an enthusiastic attitude.

Qualifications
