Job Description

If you love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above, Rally House could be the perfect fit! As a Team Sales Lead, you will lead others, deliver results, and help set sales standards. Your responsibilities include coaching sales associates, maintaining the sales floor, delegating projects, and supporting store operations such as returns, transfers, and merchandising. Enthusiasm is essential!

Responsibilities

• Staffing: Manage shifts and lead team members.
• Customer Service: Prioritize customer satisfaction.
• Results Delivery: Control inventory and develop selling strategies.
• Merchandising: Maintain visual standards, organize displays, and execute floor plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
