Job Description

If you love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above, Rally House might be the perfect fit! Team Sales Leads are leaders who deliver consistent results, set sales standards, and provide coaching to Sales Associates. They ensure the sales floor is presentable, delegate daily tasks, and are focused, nurturing, and capable of training others.

TSLs also support Store Managers and Assistant Managers in operations such as returns, transfers, and merchandising, helping achieve store goals including sales, customer service, staff retention, and loss prevention. An enthusiastic attitude is essential!

Qualifications

Pay range: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour.
