Job Description

Love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above? If so, Rally House may be the perfect fit for you! As a Team Sales Lead, you will be a leader on the floor, responsible for delivering results consistently. You will help set sales standards, coach and direct Sales Associates, keep the sales floor presentable, delegate daily projects, and focus on training others.

Additionally, TSLs assist Store Managers and Assistant Managers with operations such as returns, defects, transfers, and achieving store goals related to sales, customer service, staff mentoring, retention, loss prevention, and merchandising. An enthusiastic attitude is essential!
