Summary of this Role
Performs a variety of financial activities, including accounting, financial analysis, audit, tax, asset administration, general ledger, credit and collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other accounting regulations. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and providing financial information, plans, and projections. Performs analysis of financial studies and prepares summary reports for management. Reviews and interprets financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations.
What Part Will You Play?
Lead transformation projects as it relates to sales compensation
Participate in sales compensation plan design including but not limited to strategy, analysis, drafting plan documents and quota development
Identify and implement process improvements and automated solutions
Provide key business insights on a monthly basis
Play a key role in team member development and growth
Work closely with other teams and departments providing support, analysis, research, and/or guidance related to compensation plans and commission payments
Administer compensation plans for assigned business units. This includes but is not limited to:
Processing commission payments for a subset of commissionable employees at varying frequencies; i.e. monthly, quarterly, or annually
Ensuring all payments and processes adhere to the commissions governance framework
Auditing commission payments
Providing support to the sales teams regarding their commission payments and compensation plans as needed

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years related commissions experience
Strong MS Excel skills
High attention to detail
Skilled in working with large sets of data
Deadline driven
Ability to problem solve independently
Proven ability to lead and manage projects or tasks
Able to adapt to change
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Experience using Xactly preferred
