Job Description

Are you passionate about sports, local events, fashion, or retail leadership? If so, Rally House might be the perfect fit! Our Team Sales Leads are leaders who deliver consistent results, set selling standards, and coach Sales Associates. They ensure the sales floor is well-presented, delegate daily tasks, and are focused, nurturing, and capable of training others.

Team Sales Leads also support Store Managers and Assistant Managers with operational tasks such as handling returns, defects, transfers, and action memos. They help achieve store goals related to sales, customer service, staff mentoring, retention, loss prevention, and merchandising. An enthusiastic attitude is essential!

Qualifications

Physical requirements include standing, walking, talking, hearing, using hands, reaching, differentiating colors, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
