Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate quality clinical management in outpatient primary care.
• Assist providers with exams, treatments and procedures as needed.
• Provide telephonic triage, education and care coordination.
• Supervise and train MAs and nursing students; ensure PHI safety.
• Document care in EHR and coordinate referrals as ordered.
