• Coordinate and deliver core nursing care in outpatient internal medicine.
• Provide triage over the phone and in-person education and care coordination.
• Educate MA staff and patients; support transitions between care levels.
• Administer vaccines and medications per provider orders and policy.
• Document care in EHR timely and accurately.
• Oversee inventory and supervision of unlicensed staff as needed.
• Support PHI privacy and patient safety practices.
