Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Team Nurse RN to provide high-quality, direct patient care in an outpatient primary care setting. The role supports MA staff, educates patients, and collaborates with providers to coordinate patient-centered care across transitions.

Responsibilities include supervising MAs, performing IVs and vaccines as ordered, and maintaining accurate EHR documentation. Massachusetts RN license and BLS/CPR are required, with 1–3 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Massachusetts RN license required and CPR/BLS certification.
• 1–3 years of related work experience required.
• CPR Certification required.
• Strong interpersonal, patient communication and education skills.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and facilitate quality clinical management across the outpatient population.
• Collaborate with providers for preventive care, chronic disease management and care coordination.
• Perform nursing activities including wound care, point-of-care testing and vaccinations.
• Provide telephonic triage and direct patient care as needed.
• Educate and train Medical Assistants and staff; ensure PHI is used for treatment, payment and operations.
