Job summary

Eastcut Sandwich Bar in Hope Valley West, NC, is seeking a kitchen team member to master our preparation, cooking, and build standards for menu items.

You will contribute to a fun, compassionate environment, maintain high food safety and cleanliness, and participate in ongoing training to grow with the team.

Competitive wages start at $15+ per hour with tips, healthcare reimbursement eligibility, PTO, and weekly pay.

• Prior experience with grills/flattops, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.
• Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented; strive for excellence.
• Ability to be regularly present and punctual for scheduled shifts.

Job Requirements

• Prior Experience with grills/flattops, fryers, & other kitchen equipment
• Ability to learn in all aspects of operation
• Ability to challenge yourself, ask questions, work hard, and grow
• Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented; strive for excellence in all things
• Ability to be regularly present & punctual for scheduled shifts
• Ability to regularly lift 50lbs, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to communicate effectively and regularly
• Ability to occasionally work in hot or cold environments for extended periods of time
• Must be 18 years or older (NC ABC laws for serving beer and wine)
