Position Summary

The Crew Person is responsible for performing specific tasks and duties within the restaurant, providing guests with a positive experience, preparing quality food according to standards, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Essential Functions

1. Follow all guest service guidelines to ensure excellent service.
2. Work assigned stations accurately and efficiently, including cleaning and stocking.
3. Prepare, package, and deliver food and beverages according to menu standards.
4. Handle food products following safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
5. Adhere to cash control policies to minimize costs.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
7. Perform additional duties as required by business needs.
