Position Summary

The Crew Person is responsible for performing specific tasks and duties within the restaurant. This role provides guests with a positive experience, prepares quality food according to standards, and maintains a clean, safe environment for guests and staff.

Essential Functions

May perform duties such as:
- Following all guest service guidelines to ensure excellent service
- Working assigned stations accurately and efficiently, cleaning and stocking as needed
- Preparing, packaging, and delivering quality food products according to standards
- Handling food safely and maintaining sanitation standards
- Following cash control procedures to minimize costs
- Communicating effectively with team members and guests
- Performing additional duties as required

Qualifications and Core Competencies

- Enrolled in high school or equivalent; high school diploma preferred
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts

Work Environment and Physical Demands

- Fast-paced environment with kitchen equipment
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and work around heat
- Capable of lifting 50-75 lbs
- Work with various cleaning products
