Position Summary

The Crew Person is responsible for performing specific tasks within the restaurant, providing a positive guest experience, preparing quality food according to standards, and maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for guests and employees.

Essential Functions

1. Follow all guest service guidelines to ensure excellent service.
2. Work assigned stations accurately, clean and stock stations, and perform cleaning duties.
3. Ensure all products are hot, quality, and prepared according to menu standards.
4. Handle food products following company procedures for safety and sanitation.
5. Adhere to cash control guidelines to minimize costs.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
7. Perform additional duties as required based on business needs.

Qualifications and Core Competencies

• High school enrollment or diploma/equivalent preferred.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability, including opening and closing shifts.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Fast-paced environment with kitchen equipment and tight spaces.
• Stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and work around heat.
• Lift 50-75 lbs comfortably.
