Dash In, a proud member of the Wills Group family, is hiring Part-time Team Members for a 24/7 BOH operation at 3700 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE. Pay Range: $15.50–$18.00 per hour, with an additional $1 for overnight shifts. Flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or ability to complete company-paid GED program.
• 1 year of food service experience (line cook or prep cook)
• Customer service experience
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality codes to prepare dishes and serve guests.
• Monitor prep levels and keep station organized and clean.
• Restock, organize, and maintain a tidy prep area.
• Place deliveries in proper storage and prep for cooking.
• Maintain kitchen appearance and overall cleanliness.
• Engage with guests to provide a personalized experience.

We're assembling an epic Back of House (BOH) team to whip up delectable dishes and deliver an extraordinary food service experience to our hungry guests.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company‑paid GED program)
• 1 year offood service experience, line cook or prep cook experience
• Customer service experience
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification
• Tech‑savviness, including familiarity with POS software
• Excellent multitasking and problem‑solving skills
