Dash In (part of the Wills Group family) is hiring Kitchen Associates for a fast-paced, 24/7 retail kitchen. Starting wage is $16.50 per hour with a $1 premium for overnight shifts, creating an engaging, chef-inspired concept in a busy setting.

You’ll follow food safety rules, keep prep areas tidy, stock efficiently, and help deliver a memorable guest experience with hands-on cooking and safe equipment use.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or able to complete company-paid GED program.
• 1 year of food service experience; line cook or prep cook preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18+.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation and quality codes to create meals.
• Monitor prep levels to ensure freshness and readiness to serve.
• Keep prep station organized and well-stocked.
• Receive deliveries and store items properly for cooking.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness for a safe, inviting space.
• Engage with guests to deliver a friendly experience.
• Operate kitchen equipment like fryers and slicers.
• Lift 50–65 lb containers using proper technique.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year offood service experience, line cook or prep cook experience preferred
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• ActiveServSafecertification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
