Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our Back of House crew in a fast-paced 24/7 retail kitchen. You will help prepare and present meals, ensure safety and quality, and keep stations clean and stocked while engaging with guests to enhance their experience.

This role offers flexible hours (full or part-time hourly) and opportunities to grow with the Dash In family, including benefits and career development within the Wills Group network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program).
• 1 year of food service experience, line cook or prep cook experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation and quality codes to craft meals for guests.
• Monitor prep levels and keep station organized and ready to serve.
• Restock, organize and maintain a tidy prep station.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and storing items properly.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and appearance throughout shifts.
• Interact with guests to deliver a positive, personalized experience.
• Operate food service equipment safely and efficiently.
• Use proper lifting techniques for heavy items (up to 50–65 pounds).

What We're Looking For
