Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Kitchen Associate to join our 24/7 retail kitchen concept. You will prepare meals, uphold food safety standards, and maintain a clean prep area while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year of food service experience, line cook or prep cook experience preferred
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation and quality standards to prepare meals
• Monitor prep levels and ensure freshness and readiness to serve
• Restock, organize and keep prep station tidy for efficient service
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively during shifts
• Interact with guests to deliver a positive, personalized experience
• Handle lifting of large containers (up to 50–65 pounds) as needed

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
