Dash In is hiring a Kitchen Team Member in Wilmington, DE. You will join a Back of House team and help prepare meals, uphold food safety standards, and deliver a positive guest experience. The role offers flexible full- and part-time hourly schedules with opportunities for professional growth within a fast-paced, 24/7 retail kitchen.

The position requires a HS diploma or GED, 1 year of food service experience, and eligibility to work in the U.S. Overnight shifts carry a $1 premium.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete company-paid GED program).
• 1 year of food service experience; line cook or prep cook preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18+ years.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
• Active ServSafe certification or similar qualification (preferred).
• Technical familiarity with POS software and multitasking tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation and quality standards to create meals.
• Monitor prep levels and maintain freshness for service.
• Keep prep station organized and stocked for efficiency.
• Receive and store deliveries and prepare ingredients for cooking.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment.
• Interact with guests and provide a personalized experience.
• Operate kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Use proper lifting techniques for large containers (50–65 lbs).

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year offood service experience, line cook or prep cook experience preferred
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
