Dash In, a proud member of the Wills Group family, is hiring a Kitchen Associate in a chef-inspired concept. You will craft meals, ensure guest satisfaction, and support the fast-paced kitchen during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of food service, strong customer service, and flexibility to work various shifts. Safety and teamwork are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED (or ability to complete company‑paid GED program).
• 1 year of food service experience; line cook or prep cook experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Background check and drug screening completed.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor prep levels to ensure freshness and readiness.
• Keep prep station organized, restocked and tidy.
• Arrange incoming goods in proper place.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area.
• Engage with guests to deliver a personalized experience.

Status: Part-time including nights, weekends, and holidays
Pay Rate: $15.50 - $18.00 (+$1 for overnight)
