Job summary

Dash In, part of the Wills Group family, is seeking Team Members for a chef‑inspired concept in a 24/7 retail environment. Starting wage is $15.50 per hour with a $1 premium for overnight shifts. Morning shift 6 am–2 pm; Evening 2–11 pm.

You’ll join a Back of House team focused on quality, freshness, and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of food service experience, and are flexible to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or company-paid GED program).
• 1 year of food service experience preferred (line/prep cook).
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation and quality codes to prep dishes.
• Monitor prep levels to keep everything fresh and ready to serve.
• Keep prep station organized, restocked and clean.
• Receive deliveries and place items in proper storage.
• Operate food service equipment safely and efficiently.
• Deliver a personalized guest experience in a fast‑paced setting.
• Lift and move heavy containers using proper technique.
• Maintain overall kitchen appearance and cleanliness.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (or the ability to complete our company-paid GED program)
• 1 year offood service experience, line cook or prep cook experience preferred
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Ideal Candidates Will Also Have:

• ActiveServSafecertification, or a similar qualification
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
