Summary

The Team Manager oversees staff, merchandise, and the client experience for the SoHo store, driving sales performance and maintaining high operational and merchandising standards. This role coaches and develops associates, implements training and succession planning, and works with corporate and logistics partners to support store objectives. The manager also builds local client relationships and supports appointment-based and event-driven business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop client advisors through goal setting, regular meetings, and performance reviews.
• Lead the sales team to meet targets by supervising the floor, coordinating client relationship tools, and creating incentives and events.
• Drive client service excellence, support prospecting and repeat business, and resolve client issues.
• Oversee operations including POS and inventory management, reporting, shrink control, and coordination with logistics and corporate teams.
• Recruit, onboard, and implement training while participating in succession planning and disciplinary processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of retail experience with emphasis on operations, store management, or office administration, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Computer literate and proficient with POS and inventory systems.
• Client book strongly preferred and a demonstrated focus on client service and sales leadership.
• Strong oral and written communication, coaching, and issue‑resolution skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
