Summary

The Team Manager supports the Store Director by leading sales, operations, and security teams to meet commercial targets and elevate the client experience. This role assumes oversight of the store in the Director's absence and acts as a coach and mentor to drive team performance and exceptional service. The Manager is present on the sales floor, cultivates client relationships, and ensures operational excellence and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and motivate sales and operations team members to achieve store commercial targets and KPIs.
• Provide management presence on the sales floor, model client-centric service, and drive guest experience initiatives.
• Lead client development activities and personally manage key client relationships.
• Partner with leadership to hire, retain, and develop talent through training, feedback, and performance management.
• Oversee back-of-house operations, ensure internal control procedures, and identify process improvements.
• Act on client feedback and NPS to improve service and operational performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and managing achievement of commercial results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale and client tracking systems.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and develop teams while fostering inclusive, high-performance environments.
• Authorization to work in the United States; a college or university degree is desired.
