Summary

The Team Manager is responsible for leading the store team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales objectives while maintaining high operational and merchandising standards. This role manages staff, merchandise, and client experience, develops associates through coaching and training, and supports visual and operational initiatives. The manager partners with corporate and store leadership to drive commercial results and foster a growth-oriented team culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Client Advisors through regular meetings, goal setting, and performance reviews.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and implement succession planning to build a motivated, sales-focused team.
• Drive sales performance by leading the sales team, coordinating client relationship resources, and developing local events and incentives.
• Ensure exceptional client service, support appointment-based and repeat business initiatives, and resolve client issues as needed.
• Oversee store operations including POS utilization, inventory management, shrink control, reporting, and coordination with logistics and corporate teams.
• Partner with Visual Manager to plan and execute visual merchandising standards that enhance the client experience.

Requirements

• Business school, university degree, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years retail experience with emphasis on operations, store management, or office administration, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Computer literate and proficient with POS and inventory systems; ability to produce qualitative and quantitative business reports.
• Clients books strongly preferred; strong oral and written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; foreign languages a plus.
