Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Team Manager to support the Store Director in leading sales, operations and security teams. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution to develop clients, boost team performance and drive operational excellence.

The role focuses on client development, coaching, and ensuring exceptional service while maintaining compliance and a strong store presence on the sales floor. Flexibility for varied shifts and responsibilities is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer-related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and achieving commercial results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays; adaptable to various roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems and client tracking systems.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College/university degree preferred.

The role provides management presence on the sales floor, assumes oversight when the Director is absent, and balances strategic planning with hands‑on execution. The Team Manager focuses on client development, team performance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coach, guide and support sales and operations to achieve or exceed commercial and profitability targets.
• Provide management presence on the sales floor and model exceptional client service.
• Drive client development activities and manage key client relationships to grow sales and KPIs.
• Attract, hire, train and retain talent; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities and act on NPS and client feedback to improve service.
• Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal control procedures and manage back‑of‑house operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management or relevant customer‑related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and managing the achievement of commercial results.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays and to work in various roles as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems and client tracking systems.
