Summary

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional client experience across the customer journey. Act as a visible sales leader on the floor, support the Store Manager with business planning and product performance analysis, and uphold operational and visual standards. Coach and develop staff, foster a collaborative environment, and promote a digital and client‑centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive the team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance through effective floor management and sales leadership.
• Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans based on product performance analysis and action plans.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, lead clienteling initiatives, and ensure excellent post‑sales experiences.
• Coach, train and develop team members, identify talent, and partner with HR/L&D on individual development plans.
• Promote cross‑selling, up‑selling and a digital mindset to enhance client engagement and sales.
• Manage store operations including cash activity, inventory, logistics, and back‑of‑house organization.
• Ensure product care, visual standards, and compliance with company procedures and reporting requirements.
• Provide market feedback to merchandising and visual teams and support morning briefings and team communications.
