Summary

Lead the store team as a passionate brand ambassador to drive sales performance and deliver an exceptional client experience. Manage and motivate staff, create a positive work environment, and support business planning through product analysis and action plans. Ensure high standards of clienteling, visual and operational execution while fostering a digital mindset and cross-selling across categories.

Responsibilities

• Drive the team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance through visible leadership and floor presence.
• Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans based on product performance and sales analysis.
• Ensure an engaging client journey, build client relationships, and execute clientelling initiatives to grow loyalty and capture customer profiles.
• Coach and develop team members, identify talent, and partner with HR/L&D to define individual development plans.
• Promote cross-selling and upselling across product categories and encourage digital sales tools adoption.
• Oversee store operations including cash activity, inventory control, logistics, and adherence to company procedures.
• Maintain high standards of product care, grooming, and back-of-house organization to protect company assets.
