Job summary

The Escape Game seeks a Team Leader to guide a 4–15 person team in a fast-paced guest-service environment. You will anticipate guests' needs, uphold hospitality standards, and empower teammates to deliver five-star experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in guest-facing roles, flexible availability for nights/weekends/holidays, and the ability to perform physical tasks. This on-site role at our DC location emphasizes teamwork and problem solving.

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing setting preferred.
• Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (about 75-80% of your shift).
• Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.
