Job summary

The Escape Game in Santa Clara is seeking a Team Leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will lead a team of 4–15 players, uphold our service standards, and ensure every guest experiences a five-star visit.

You should be flexible, creative, and positive, ready to handle shifts that include nights, weekends, or holidays, and capable of basic game maintenance, opening/closing tasks, and managing cash and inventory.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing setting preferred.
• Flexible availability; role often includes nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks.
• Align with uniform standards and maintain professional appearance.

Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing setting preferred.
• Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (about 75-80% of your shift).
• Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.
