Job summary

The Escape Game in Washington, DC is seeking a Team Leader to deliver world-class hospitality, anticipate guest needs, and empower teammates to uphold high service standards.

As a Team Leader, you will lead 4-15 teammates, open and close the store, ensure games start on time, and manage cash/inventory while maintaining a five-star guest experience.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of guest-facing experience.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and perform physical activity including cleaning, painting, lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Strong guest service mindset and positive attitude.

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing setting preferred.
• Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (about 75-80% of your shift).
• Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.
