Job summary

The Escape Game in Grandscape is seeking a Team Leader who is a hospitality expert, eager to anticipate guests' needs, and deliver a five-star experience. You will lead a team, uphold service standards, and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1-2 years in guest-facing settings, flexible nights/weekends/holidays, physical duties, and alignment with Uniform Standards; you will drive operational excellence and motivate teammates.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of guest-facing experience preferred.
• Flexible availability; nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including cleaning, painting, standing, bending, lifting 30–40 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods (about 75-80% of shift).
• Align with TEG Uniform Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-15 and communicate effectively to coordinate service.
• Create a fun, positive atmosphere for guests and teammates.
• Ensure operational excellence on shift: open/close store, start games on time, manage breaks.
• Address maintenance issues and manage cash/inventory.
• Ensure each guest has a five-star experience and leaves happy.

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of experience in a guest‑facing setting preferred.
• Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (about 75-80% of your shift).
• Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.
