Job summary

The Escape Game in Las Vegas is looking for a Team Leader who is passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction. You will guide a small team, keep operations running smoothly, and maintain the high standards that create a memorable escape room experience for every guest.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in guest-facing roles, a flexible schedule, and the stamina to work nights or holidays. You will help build a positive team culture and ensure peak performance during shifts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years in a guest-facing setting preferred.
• Flexible availability; nights, weekends, and/or holidays may be required.
• Ability to stand and perform physical tasks, including cleaning and light repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with a team of 4–15 to deliver outstanding hospitality.
• Uphold service standards and the Escape Game experience for every guest.
• Open/close store, ensure games start on time, supervise breaks, and manage shifts.
• Address maintenance issues and manage cash/inventory on shift.
• Coach teammates using positive, continuous feedback to improve performance.
• Create a fun, five-star guest experience from arrival to departure.

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing setting preferred.
• Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (about 75-80% of your shift).
• Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.
