Job summary

The Escape Game in New Orleans invites a Team Leader to guide front-of-house staff, ensuring every guest receives remarkable service and a five-star experience. You’ll lead a 4-15 person team, uphold our hospitality standards, and drive daily operations to run smoothly.

We value flexible availability, hands-on coaching, and a positive, creative mindset. This is a full-time role requiring physical activity and weekend/evening shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a guest-facing leadership role preferred.
• Flexible availability; may require nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Able to perform physical tasks related to the job (cleaning, repairs, lifting 30–40 lbs).
• Stand for long periods during shifts and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with a team of 4–15 during shifts.
• Uphold service and hospitality standards; ensure a five-star guest experience.
• Open/close the store and ensure games start on time; manage cash/inventory.
• Coach team members using constructive feedback and TE G leadership principles.

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing setting preferred.
• Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (about 75-80% of your shift).
• Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.
