Job summary

The Escape Game in Las Vegas is seeking a Team Leader to drive world-class hospitality on shift. You will lead a 4-15 member team, ensure five-star guest experiences, and uphold our service standards in a fast-paced Forum Shops location.

Ideal candidates bring 1-2 years of guest-facing leadership, flexible availability, and the ability to handle physical tasks. This role supports store operations, coaching, and seamless game experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with 1-2 years of experience in a guest-facing setting preferred.
• Flexible availability; nights, weekends and/or holidays may be required.
• Must handle physical activity: cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, minor repairs.
• Ability to stand for long periods (about 75-80% of shift).
• Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with a team of 4-15 during shifts.
• Create a fun, positive atmosphere and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Open and close the store; ensure games start on time; manage breaks.
• Provide coaching using Continuous, Gracious Pressure and encourage team members.
• Address minor maintenance issues and manage cash/inventory.
• Ensure every guest leaves with a five-star experience.
