Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor presentation areas. The role emphasizes ownership of Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

Ideal candidates will have retail experience, 18+ years of age, and a high school diploma or equivalent. You will lead shifts, train staff, and help maintain a safe, productive store environment while delivering

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Ability to perform and execute principle responsibilities of Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to meet service standards.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution, maintenance, and recovery.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts with delegation and follow-up.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution including picking, staging, customer handoff and follow-up.
